Quarouble — Marius Dewilde railway encounter

Steel worker Marius Dewilde, walking near the SNCF railway line behind his home, encountered a small dark object on the tracks and two short figures in diving-suit-like attire. He attempted to approach but was reportedly paralyzed by a beam of light. Gendarmerie investigators documented physical impressions on the rail ties consistent with a heavy object having rested there briefly. Pre-dates formal GEIPAN but archived in their corpus.
