Marne — object dropping luminous spheres

Several civilian and gendarme witnesses across departments of Marne and Aube reported a slow-moving aerial object that periodically dropped smaller luminous spheres which then dispersed at high acceleration. Multiple independent reports from a wide geographic spread within a 30-minute window; classified C by GEPAN with no satisfying conventional explanation.
