Over several months, hundreds of residents of Colares Island, Brazil experienced repeated encounters with beams of light from low-flying craft, causing radiation-style burns, hair loss, and anemia in victims. Brazilian Air Force sent Captain Uyrangê Hollanda with a team on "Operation Prato" to investigate. The official report documented 1,500+ sightings and confirmed physical injuries. The report was classified; Captain Hollanda gave a filmed interview before his death. Represents the most militarily-documented mass CE2 in South American history.
