Edwards Restricted Airspace Persistent Intruder

USAF personnel at Edwards AFB and China Lake Naval Weapons Station logged repeated detections of a small metallic sphere that loitered in restricted test ranges for hours at a time, matching speed with test aircraft before departing vertically. The object showed no transponder signal and no thermal emission consistent with any engine type. Multiple independent tracks from ground radar and airborne sensors confirmed the object was not a balloon or drone. Reported to AARO; classified as "unresolved."
